"Deloitte projects that AI chip sales will top $1 trillion by 2030"

1. Pending home sales. "Pending sales of existing homes in the US fell in January to a record low as buyers remained unmotivated by lower mortgage rates and slower price increases."
2. AI-related imports. "US AI-related imports continue hitting new record highs of over $400B annualized in data released this morning, up 142% over the last year. Imports of the large computers used in data centers now approach nearly $300B/yr, with related parts & peripherals exceed $100B/yr".
