"The median U.S. home-sale price hit a record $400,894"

1. PPI. "An absolutely brutal 6.5% year ago increase in wholesale inflation. The final demand estimate implies a combination of thinning margins & further increase in inflation."
2. Home prices. "The median U.S. home-sale price hit a record $400,894 during the four weeks ending June 7, up 1.5% year over year. That marks the first time the typical American existing home has sold for over $400,000".
3. Bitcoin vs. gold. YTD flows for $IBIT, the largest spot BTC ETF, flipped negative this week. Meanwhile $GLD, the largest spot gold ETF, has seen steady outflows since the war began on Feb 27.
4. Bitcoin vs. gold (II). "Bitcoin (-30%) and Gold (-6%) are the two worst performing major assets so far in 2026. Something we haven't seen before in any calendar year."
5. AAII Sentiment Survey. Bearish sentiment rose over the past week while bullish responses dropped to the lowest since Sep'25, pushing the bull-bear spread down to a 10-week low.
