1. Case-Shiller Home Price Indices. The US National Index, 20-City Composite, and 10-City Composite all increased by 0.2% MoM in December. On an annual basis, they are up 5.5%, 6.1%, and 7%, respectively.

2. Fed funds pricing. "For the first time this year, the market [red] is now pricing in fewer rate cuts than the Fed’s December SEP [blue]."

3. Weekly fund flows. "U.S. small-cap ETFs saw another strong week of inflows, but large caps were not ignored; bond fund inflows were mixed as investment grade ETFs saw outflows but government ETFs saw inflows."

4. YTD sector fund flows. "US Sectoral ETF flows YTD show outflows for utilities, energy, consumer staples, materials, and communication services. Technology, financials, and consumer discretionary leads the way with the largest inflows in 2024."

5. EPS growth. And finally “YoY EPS growth of Russell 2000 has turned positive for the first time since Sep’22.”
