1. Delinquencies. "Freddie Mac reports that multi-family delinquencies increased to 0.28% in November, up from 0.15% in November 2022...This will be something to watch as rents soften, and more apartments come on the market."

2. Gold ATHs. Gold closed at new all-time highs.

3. Nasdaq vs. NYSE. "On Dec. 26, Nasdaq total volume was over 2x that of NYSE, part of an ongoing trend. This chart shows a 10MA of the daily NQ/NY TVOL ratio. High readings like this pretty reliably mark price tops, with one notable exception back in April 2023."

4. Sector breadth (I). "All but 2 S&P sectors recently had ~90% of their stocks trading above their 50-day moving averages. Since 1957, the equal-weight version of the index showed almost universal gains over the next 6 months. The only true failure was in 1973."
